SOLVED: Windows XP Error, the user does not have sufficient privileges to install Adobe Flash Player

User already has administrative rights to the machine.
Error actually occurs because adobe flash player files are read-only and hidden.


Verified Solution 1-22-2013:

On windows XP machine, navigate to c:\windows\system32\macromed folder and set folder with all child
folders and files to non-read only, non-hidden.
Uninstall old flash player version.
Reinstall latest version.
